Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.
We are seeking a Global Director of Influencers & Affiliates to lead and evolve ŌURA’s global creator ecosystem into a measurable growth channel. This role will own the strategy, structure, and execution of influencer marketing across paid partnerships, affiliate, and seeding programs—building a full-funnel creator ecosystem that drives acquisition, advocacy, and long-term growth.
This role will define how ŌURA builds, converts, and scales relationships with creators globally—from initial discovery through long-term partnership.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role, partnering closely with Paid Media, Finance, Creative, and the Director of Social Media to ensure influencer efforts are integrated into campaigns, optimized for performance, and aligned to business priorities.
You will lead a growing influencer function, building the systems, partnerships, and global frameworks required to scale ŌURA’s creator ecosystem across markets.
What You Will Do:
Own and Scale ŌURA’s Global Influencer Ecosystem
Build influencer into a structured, scalable growth engine that drives both measurable acquisition and brand impact across the funnel.
- Define and own the global influencer strategy across paid partnerships, affiliate, and seeding programs
- Build a cohesive operating model that connects creators, paid media, and lifecycle marketing into a unified system
- Establish global frameworks for creator selection, measurement, and activation across markets
- Ensure influencer is embedded early into campaign planning and aligned to business objectives
- Define the role of influencer across the full funnel, including performance-driven acquisition, large-scale creator partnerships for awareness and brand lift, and always-on advocacy through affiliate and seeding programs
- Lead strategy for high-reach creator activations, partnering with media and brand teams to drive mass awareness, cultural relevance, and measurable brand impact
Lead Global Operations, Expansion & Cross-Functional Integration
Own the global operating model that enables influencer marketing to scale consistently, efficiently, and with impact across markets.
- Own global execution of influencer programs across priority markets, partnering with international teams and regional agencies
- Define and enforce consistent measurement frameworks, performance standards, and brand alignment across regions
- Build and scale global frameworks that enable localized, culturally relevant creator strategies
- Establish and optimize scalable workflows, reporting structures, and operational systems across markets
- Oversee agency and partner relationships globally, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance
- Manage and develop the influencer marketing team as the function grows
- Partner closely with the Director of Social Media to align influencer and organic content strategies
- Serve as a key cross-functional partner to Paid Media, Finance, Creative, and Lifecycle teams
- Identify and lead expansion into new markets, defining localized creator strategies and go-to-market execution
Drive Performance & Measurable Growth Across the Funnel
Establish influencer as a channel that drives both efficient acquisition and scalable brand impact.
- Own influencer strategy across the funnel, ensuring programs drive both measurable customer acquisition and top-of-funnel reach, awareness, and brand lift
- Partner with Paid Media to ensure creator content is designed for amplification and measurable performance
- Oversee performance reporting, including blended CAC models, ROI tracking, and evaluation of brand and reach-based metrics
- Identify and scale high-performing creators across markets, balancing performance efficiency with broader audience growth
- Continuously refine targeting, investment strategy, and creator mix based on both performance data and brand impact
Lead Creator Partnerships & Negotiation
Build and manage a high-quality global creator network.
- Oversee creator sourcing, vetting, negotiation, and relationship management across markets
- Build strong relationships with talent managers, agencies, and key creators
- Develop strategic creator briefs that translate business goals into high-performing, platform-native content
- Ensure consistent quality, alignment, and performance across all creator partnerships
- Partner with Sports Marketing on creator extensions of athlete and celebrity partnerships, while maintaining clear ownership boundaries between influencer programs and broader talent deals
Build and Scale Affiliate & Creator Commerce Infrastructure
Establish a structured, always-on layer of creator-driven conversion.
- Define and own ŌURA’s global affiliate strategy, positioning it as a scalable creator commerce channel across markets
- Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of affiliate platforms and tooling
- Develop partnership models, commission structures, and incentive frameworks in collaboration with Paid Media and Finance
- Recruit and activate high-performing creators into affiliate partnerships, building a consistent layer of advocacy between campaigns
- Integrate affiliate into product launches, feature education, and lifecycle moments to drive sustained conversion
- Establish clear measurement frameworks for affiliate performance, including conversion efficiency, content output, and partner contribution
- Continuously refine the program based on performance insights, scaling what works and evolving structure over time
Own Seeding Strategy & Creator Pipeline Development
Build a scalable system for discovery, representation, and long-term creator value.
- Define and lead ŌURA’s global seeding strategy, positioning it as the top-of-funnel engine for creator discovery and pipeline development
- Own influencer CRM systems, intake flows, and tracking infrastructure to manage all seeded creators globally
- Develop clear frameworks for identifying, prioritizing, and activating high-fit creators across audience segments and markets
