  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all electronic designs meet regulatory standards (EMC, EMI, safety certifications like FCC, CE, UL).
  • Supplier and Partner Management: Work with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and technology providers to deliver optimized designs and components.
  • Innovation & Roadmapping: Contribute to strategic planning and technical roadmaps, bringing new technologies into future products.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in electronics design, with 3–5 years in a senior or chief/lead engineering role, including project leadership

Technical Expertise:

  • Deep expertise in analog and digital circuit design, high-speed design, power management, and embedded systems.
  • Experience with design tools such as schematics and layout tools, understanding of simulations tools in RF and Signal/Power integrity analysis.
  • Prototyping and Validation: Hands-on experience with building and validating prototypes, using lab equipment like oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: Thorough understanding of the product development process, from early concept through mass production.
  • Problem Solving: Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.
