What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang)
• Build and optimize high-performance, reliable, and secure systems
• Work with SQL databases (MySQL), focusing on performance tuning and query optimization
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
• Develop and maintain APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Improve system observability, reliability, and performance
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3+ years of backend development experience, with strong professional experience in Go (Golang) as a primary language
• Experience with at least one additional backend language (e.g., Java, Python, C/C++, Ruby, Scala)
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (preferably MySQL), including query optimization
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)

Nice to Have

• Experience building cloud-native applications, preferably on Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)
• Background in storage, backup, or disaster recovery systems
