Principal Full Stack Engineer

You will join the R&D innovation team responsible for the Axonius Exposures product, focusing on advanced features like custom security findings, CVE scoring, and prioritization. As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, you will serve as the technical focal point, driving complex end-to-end feature development in a high-growth environment. This role involves collaborating closely with Research, Integration and Product teams to define the future of exposure management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle of new features within the Exposures product using Python, Vue.js, React, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis, Celery, and Docker.
• Act as the technical focal point and mentor full-stack teams, conducting design reviews and providing hands-on guidance for complex engineering tasks.
• Collaborate directly with Product, Integration, and Research teams to translate product requirements into scalable, high-performance code.
• Drive engineering excellence and productivity by integrating advanced AI tools (Claude, Augment and more) into the development workflow and product features.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack development.
• Proficiency in Python with a backend orientation and experience in architectural guidance.
• Extensive experience with modern UI frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular) and advanced JavaScript/CSS.
• Proven hands-on experience working with databases (e.g., MongoDB, ClickHouse) and managing data at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in performance optimization and writing efficient code for high-scale environments.
• Proven ability to work closely with Product Management to influence product roadmap and requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in building or integrating AI-powered features and automation workflows.
