How you will make an impact:
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Experimentation & Attribution team. You will help our customers by designing features that allow them to easily understand performance and optimize messages for the millions of recipients they communicate with on a daily basis. Your job is to work with a multidisciplinary team of product designers, product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to make our customers' jobs easier, helping them to connect with their audience in a more meaningful and impactful way.
In this role, you'll work on our Experimentation and Attribution team, helping shape the tools marketers use to optimize their messaging and strategy — from campaign and journey experiments to AI agents powering automated orchestration.

You'll get to:
- Collaborate closely with your product and engineering partners to understand problems and deliver solutions across the full project lifecycle
- Identify opportunities and facilitate UX research and discovery, considering scope and constraints
- Prototype design decisions in varying degrees of fidelity to solve complex problems and test solutions with customers
- Partner with engineering through implementation to test, iterate, and ensure the full design vision is realized
- Provide feedback and critique to the rest of the design team, upholding and elevating our standards of quality
We are looking for people who have:
- 3+ years experience working in a product design role; across the product development lifecycle for software applications
- Experience leading design projects from concept through launch, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Strong visual design sensibilities, with a passion for creating consumer grade enterprise products
- An interest in the opportunities and challenges of designing for a complex product—from broad strategy and systems thinking, to a smaller scale, component-specific UI design
- Empathy for the variety of our customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders that we work with on a day-to-day basis
- Passion for learning and always improving yourself and the team around you
Bonus Points:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience designing for experimentation, analytics, or optimization workflows
- Familiarity with marketing automation software, including email, push, or SMS
- Experience working with a B2B SaaS company, designing and building tools that help people be better at their jobs
- Hands-on use of AI and code to prototype and refine user experiences
