Join us as our next Staff Product Manager - Enterprise AI on Twilio's Enterprise AI team.

About the job

Twilio is undergoing a major business transformation powered by Enterprise AI, supported by a dedicated engineering team building the foundations for a unified, secure, and scalable operating system across GTM functions (Sales, Support, Operations, etc.) as well as Internal non-GTM corporate functions (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.) Our platform is designed to support a multitude of business functions by deploying intelligent agentic solutions that automate complex workflows and deliver unprecedented user experiences. We're building the future of work at Twilio, and this role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of enterprise AI innovation.

As Staff Product Manager for Enterprise AI, you will lead the product strategy and execution for AI-powered solutions across both GTM and Corporate Functions. You'll build intelligent agents, automation workflows, and operational tools that transform how Twilio works across Sales, Support, Operations, Finance, Legal, and HR - from sales productivity and customer support efficiency to financial operations, legal contract management, and HR processes.

You will be responsible for understanding the unique workflows, pain points, and opportunities across these diverse business functions, then designing and delivering AI-powered products that drive measurable business impact. This includes everything from AI assistants that help sales teams close deals faster, to support agents that deflect cases and accelerate resolution, to compliance tools that automate manual investigations, to financial automation that streamlines invoice processing, to legal tools that accelerate contract review, and HR agents that streamline recruiting and onboarding.

You'll work closely with GTM and Corporate Function leaders, operations teams, engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams to deliver a cohesive product vision that scales across multiple use cases while leveraging our unified Enterprise AI platform.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Product Manager, you will:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Enterprise AI spanning GTM functions (Sales, Support, Operations) and Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, HR). Establish clear priorities, milestones, and success metrics that align with business objectives and drive measurable improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional product development across multiple business domains, balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders within a unified platform strategy.

GTM AI Capabilities

  • Build AI-powered solutions across Sales, Support, and Operations functions that drive measurable GTM improvements. This includes sales productivity tools (intelligent account insights, opportunity management, propensity-to-buy signals, automated CRM workflows), support automation (case deflection, intelligent triage, agent assistance, knowledge retrieval), and compliance/risk operations (automated user vetting, fraud detection, compliance investigation dashboards, workflow orchestration for onboarding and audits).

Corporate Functions AI Capabilities

  • Build AI-powered solutions across Finance, Legal, and HR functions that transform operational efficiency. This includes financial automation (invoice/billing processing, expense management, automated reconciliation, forecasting and analytics), legal operations (contract review and generation, clause extraction, compliance tracking, risk assessment tools), and HR productivity (recruiting automation, candidate screening, onboarding workflows, employee self-service, benefits administration).

Platform Integration & Execution

  • Leverage the Enterprise AI platform to build agentic solutions using multi-agent architecture, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, and LLM-powered reasoning tailored to each business function.
  • Integrate with enterprise systems including Salesforce, Zendesk, Workday, NetSuite, DocuSign, compliance platforms (Sift, etc.), contract management platforms, HRIS systems, and internal Twilio tools to deliver seamless, embedded AI experiences.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML teams to operationalize models, build production-grade products, and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across all use cases.

Stakeholder Management & Adoption

  • Collaborate with business leaders across GTM and Corporate Functions to understand their strategic priorities, operational challenges, and success metrics. Translate these into product requirements and clear roadmaps.
  • Drive adoption and enablement by working directly with end users, training teams on new AI capabilities, gathering feedback, and iterating on product experiences.
  • Measure and communicate impact through clear metrics on productivity gains, efficiency improvements, cost savings, and business outcomes driven by AI products.

Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having “desired” qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

Required:
