About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Operations Lead to join our team and play an instrumental role in ensuring customers find what they need in app while driving growth. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, commercial, and operations, helping shape the in-app experience through content configuration, segmentation, and optimization. This role is based in Karachi or Lahore under Tenants (Laundry, Home & Spa, Cleaning) squad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management & Strategy – Set up, manage, and optimize in-app content, ensuring relevance and consistency to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Personalization & Segmentation – Ensure content is tailored to different customer cohorts, maximizing relevance and impact.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization – Track content performance, analyse data, and iterate based on insights to improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, Analytics, and Operations teams to align on content strategy and execution.
  • Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and implement scalable processes for content management.
  • Project Management – Manage multiple initiatives across product, operations, and marketing, ensuring smooth execution and impact.
  • Data-Driven Insights – Analyze customer behavior, content performance, and industry trends to refine content and enhance user experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in product operations and execution.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in related quantitative field (MBA preferred).
  • Problem Solver – Ability to proactively identify challenges and work collaboratively on solutions.
  • Attention to Detail – Meticulous in managing content, tracking performance, and analyzing data.
  • Strong Communicator – Effective in working across teams, gathering feedback, and driving alignment.
  • Analytical Mindset – Comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into actionable improvements.
  • Project Management Skills – Organized, able to prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.
  • Tech EnthusiastNice to have: App Engine (Internal Tool), SQL (Basic reading/writing), Data Segmentation tools experience
  • Customer-Centric – Passionate about delivering a great experience and putting the customer first.
