What this is

A read-only tracker of public 13F filings. Every U.S. institutional investment manager with $100M+ in assets under management must file Form 13F-HR with the SEC within 45 days of each quarter-end, listing every long equity position they hold. This page collates the latest one for each name above.

What it isn't: a copy-trade tool, a real-time tracker, or anything you should base trades on without further research. 13Fs are up to 45 days delayed, only show long positions (no shorts), and miss non-equity holdings (bonds, commodities, FX, swaps). They're a snapshot, not a feed.

How it works

Every night the server pulls each filer's latest 13F-HR from SEC EDGAR, parses the informationtable.xml, aggregates sub-positions (different voting authorities for the same security), and stores rows in a SQLite table. Pages are server-rendered; nothing is fetched on the client side.

Filer selection is curated — a dozen of the most-watched names. Adding more is a one-line entry in the seed script.
